Monitoring Services

One of the most critical and often overlooked components of your buildings life safety systems is the monitoring.  Most importantly, is the communication between the central station and the fire alarm system.  Having a completely addressable fire alarm or burglar system in your building gives you incredible detail about the events that are occurring.  We make sure that those don't stop at the fire alarm panel or keypad, but get all the way to the central station and the customer.   It should never take an after hours service call for someone to tell you a gate valve was bumped, a sensor has low battery or someone tripped a breaker.  We make sure we maximize the reporting capabilities of your system.

Our Dual SIM/IP communicators let you get rid of the phone lines without any programming of your existing system.  We will ship directly to you and configure your communicator for you.  You will also have access to Honeywell's Connected Life Safety Services (CLSS).  CLSS gives you an online dashboard with your system status, historical events and annual test records, all without having to contact the central station or your dealer.
